"I didn’t have a great experience trying..."
I didn’t have a great experience trying to return/exchange my order. The process felt slow and more confusing than it needed to be, and I kept feeling pressured to follow up just to figure out what was going on. It dragged out way longer than I expected, which made the whole thing frustrating. Maybe other people had a smoother time, but for me it wasn’t worth the hassle and I probably wouldn’t order again.

I ordered a medium jacket from saintbernard.com, and somehow they sent me a completely different size and color. Like, not even remotely close to what I chose. I get that mistakes happen, but then I had to spend my own time emailing them and sorting out the return for something that was 100% their fault. It’s just annoying when you place a simple order and end up doing extra work because they couldn’t send the right item. Definitely not ordering from them again

I had a good experience shopping on saintbernard.com. They actually had a lot more in stock than some other sites I checked, especially for winter gear. The only bummer was that one jacket I wanted didn’t have my size available, which was a little annoying, but that happens and everything else was solid. I’d definitely look here again.

Uh, overall it feels like really solid quality. It’s just a bit on the pricey side, but it does seem well made.

For the price, I feel like it’s worth it. It’s not perfect and there are a couple things I wish were better, but overall I’m happy with what I got for the money.

"Really disappointed with the sizing"
I was disappointed with this. The fit felt really off and it was much smaller than I expected, so it just didn’t work for me. I ended up having to return it.

"Shipping was kinda slow"
My order showed up in good condition, but the shipping was kinda slower than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, I just wish there had been better updates while I was waiting. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed it quickly

"Feels legit, but my gut still had a tiny question mark"
I ordered a jacket it looked authentic when it arrived. The tags and packaging seemed right, and the price didn’t feel sketchy or anything. That said, my gut was still a little unsure at first because the site doesn’t give a ton of extra detail. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just think they could make things feel a bit more clear and reassuring.

"Got there in the end, but the site was frustrating"
In the end, I managed to place my order, but the whole process was more annoying than it needed to be. The filters kept resetting while I was browsing, which got old fast, and checkout felt slow and clunky. Not the worst experience ever, just not a smooth one

I tried reaching out about my order the whole thing was ridiculous. The replies were slow and barely helpful, and it felt like nobody was actually reading what I wrote. I had to keep repeating the same question over and over and still never got a clear answer. Definitely not a good experience.

I found way more brands here than I expected. if you’re looking around, it just makes sense to check this place because there’s a lot to pick from.
